Goods Reported Faulty Within 28 Days of Receipt
If you have a faulty item and are reporting the fault within 28 days of receipt.
When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit it must be reported to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt the delivery note must be marked accordingly and photographs taken before the boxes are opened. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method.
Goods Reported Faulty More Than 28 Days of Receipt
If you are reporting faulty goods more than 28 days after receipt, then you need to contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair
Consumers - If You Have Changed Your Mind
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 21 days after delivery.
If you consent to a digital download starting within the 14 day cancellation period and acknowledge, then the right to cancel will be lost, you will not be able to request a refund.

Please let us know why you have decided to return the Item?
We will require you to confirm in writing that the equipment and software has not been used and that the boxes are undamaged we will email you a returns postage label for you to attach to the outside of the box for the return
It is your responsibility to make sure that the Parcel and goods are well packaged to prevent damage during transit, and we ask that you obtain a signature from the Carrier when they come to collect the Parcel
We do not cover return postage charges so this cost will be deducted from the cost of sale
Once we have received the goods back from you,and they have been inspected and tested and their internal clocks checked to ensure they items have not been used we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the initial delivery charge paid, we will deduct the cost of the return postage
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.
